IOANNA BABARI was born in Athens on 1954. 

         She was trained in Paris and in Canada (Sorbonne University and McMaster University of Hamilton). She studied as well for seven years with the sculptor and painter ALWYN (ex-professor of the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Britain) and she has been an assistant to him in sculpture.

         She studied Theatre at the Stanislavsky School and contributed to the making of several movies.

        Since 1983, she participates in Panhellenic group and one-woman exhibitions in Greece and abroad.
